By accessing or using Indian Pixels ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Indian Pixels is an AI-powered creative studio that allows users to generate images, videos, and audio content using various AI models. The Service is available via web browser at www.indianpixels.com and through the Indian Pixels mobile application.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration, maintain the security of your password, accept responsibility for all activities under your account, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Razorpay. Each plan includes specific usage limits for image, video, and audio generations per month. Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Generate content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights. Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate situations. Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures. Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Resell or redistribute generated content as an AI generation service.

6. Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and the terms of the underlying AI model providers, you retain rights to the content you generate using the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws. We do not claim ownership of content you generate. However, we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the property of Indian Pixels and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. AI model availability may vary as third-party providers update or retire models.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
